To release only well trained, well cared for white racing pigeon stock which are banded with our identification.

We reserve the right to cancel a dove release in incliment weather, ie; heavy winds, heavy rain, thick fog.  Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, but we find that we can complete more than 95% of our scheduled releases. A full refund including deposit will be issued.

If you chose to release the doves by hand verses basket, we will not be held responsible for any damage occurred by the doves to your clothing, apparel.

Release of the doves will be cancelled without refund if the event is delayed and dusk/night approaches.  The doves do not fly at night and need sufficient time to return home. We will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled release time and allow 30 minutes for delay.

We cannot guarantee exactly what the doves will do when they are released.  The birds will always fly up into the air after the release, but they may disappear quickly or decide to circle around many times before flying away.

From time to time we may have a photographer present to photograph our release for advertising purposes.  You agree by signing the contract to allow us to use the photos taken.  In exchange we will provide you with a single copy of the photos.  We hold exclusive copyrights to the photos.
